Plymouth has the reputation of being one of the best business schools in the UK. It has had the highest scoring student in the UK at A level for Economics and Business Studies in 2003/4/5/7/8/9 and 2010.

15 year-old student Ruta Meilutyte won the gold medal in the 100m breaststroke for Lithuania in the 2012 Olympic Games.
Swimming
The Elite Swimming programme has produced pupils who have competed nationally and internationally, breaking over one hundred British records. In the 2012 Olympic Games 15 year-old Ruta Meilutyte won the gold medal in the 100m breaststroke for Lithuania.
Unique Sports Opportunities
As well as swimming, the school also has an elite modern pentathlon and fencing academy and has a dedicated on-site shooting range with full facilities. The show jumping team practice at established stables within easy reach of the College.
